Further to uplift the unorganized sector, Skill Wyse Foundation conducts RPL-Requisition Of Prior Learning especially in the construction sector, Telecom Sector, Agriculture Sector and  Apparel Sector to make the workers go up there professional ladder through industry certification.

We have also initiated the process of Baseline Survey to impact the untouched rural areas of the country and pave the path from Skilling to Employment by establishing SDC’s and conducting training in trades which are linked to employable industry within that area or for self-employment.

We offer complete re-skilling and up-skilling on varied skill formats, ranging from PPP (Public Private Partnerships with Corporates and Governments schemes).

We also offer customized, need based, result driven corporate trainings in critical generic skills of Quality Customer Service.

SWF follows up the impact of its training in improving quality standards by drawing out the PAPs – Post training Action Plan to ensure that training outcomes transfer and translate into daily work life.
